Moving from San Jose to Pleasanton

Their original truck broke down on the trip from San Jose to Pleasanton, so they had to limp along to get to their facility in Fremont, which fortunately was on the way to Pleasanton. They had to unload everything from the disabled truck to a new truck. I was not charged for the delay. They did call me on my cell phone so that I knew what was going on. They were very courteous.
