Just Ok
I did not make claims with them on the damage because it was minor. They had a contract that basically laid out that I could have no claims anyway. The amount of disclosures and agreements that I had to sign were ridiculous. Had I seen this much paperwork up front, I would have not used them. They had disclaimers/agreements/waivers - for everything. The contract to have these guys move me (a five hour job) was over 30 pages of 'initial here' and 'sign there.' The last time I moved - the
moving company I used moved me further, faster, and cheaper. And did not break or ruin anything. Although the breakage was minor in this move - I was not happy to find out about the damage until the dudes were long gone. One item that was broke was obviously covered up so that we would not see the damage right away. I tipped the lead guy $100. I wish I'd found the damage first.
