Not First Class
This was scheduled to be a one day move - arrival time was 11am or earlier but they arrived around 2:30 and I was the one that had to call and ask where they were. Once packed, they were looking for cash or cashier's check. I was assuming they required credit card based on my last two moves. By the time I realized it all banks were closed (again if on time may have had time to go to my bank but they the planned schedule was off by 5 hours. So finally we worked it out that they would deliver on Sunday but I should expect a call in morning to run credit card. Well, the call did not come until late afternoon and the truck finally showed up around 7pm. Again, this was much later then we discussed. The plan for me was to pack, move and unload on Saturday so that Sunday was to settle in a bit then drive back to CT since that week I would need to work in NYC. I was not home until Sunday 1am. I have left several messages to follow-up with no response to date. I would not recommend this relocation company.
