Coast to Coast are shady liars
When I called the
moving company. I told them the only concern I had was getting my stuff there before work started. I told them I start work August 8 and a few of the large companies were giving me three week windows for delivery and that didnt work for me. He told me that for under 400 miles that the move would take less than 5 days. I said, I am not concerned price just with delivery. I asked him to guarantee delivery within a ten day window before my work started and he said no problem. In another conversation I asked him to put it in writing and he said I don't need that i have his personal to guarantee. I called and asked what is the most convenient day for pick up to guarantee delivery and I will book a flight to meet the truckers. He told me July 27th. I booked a flight and flew home no truck shows up. I complained a ton and finally got a pickup at 11 pm at night. My neighbors were angry. I was then given a new price one third higher than estimate. They knew i was flying out the next morning and gouged me. I called two days later to make sure my stuff would arrive within the time I was guaranteed. I was told yes. Then as I was leaving to drive my car to meet the truck I called to confirm delivery and they told me it would not be there until after I started work. I would not recommend this moving company.
