The original truck/van was loaded and experience a break down. We had agreed to pay the $500 premium in order to have delivery in 2-3 days. The company rented another truck, transferred our load, and delivered the evening of the second day. Experienced very good communications with the driver who completed unloading in less than two hours. Everything arrived in good shape as the company wrapped the furniture for an additonal $250 fee, a good investment. A great effort, thanks to all the good folks a Presto.
