Worst experience of my life

The pickup was 13 hours late, after a whole day of the contact person telling me 5 different times and not getting there at any of the times he said. I sat home all day waiting. Because they were late and arrived at 10pm at night, they didnt leave Delaware until 1am in the morning and informed me they would not be delivering our furniture that night and that it would be delivered the following day, Friday, July 9, at the NJ location. Friday came and I was told on 3 different phone calls that it would be delivered and it was never delivered. My husband sat there until 1am waiting Friday night for the delivery. Saturday morning July 10 I got a call at 8:40 am by a driver who said he was there to unload. So I met him there, and they had moved all our stuff from the 2 vans at the pickup, to one van. Almost all the boxes were damaged, and bottoms were ripped out of couchs etc. Our king size bed mattress and matching love seat couch were not there. The driver called someone and then he told me that the mattress and couch would be delivered later that day, Saturday July 10. Today is Saturday, July 24 and we still have not received our couch or mattress. On occasions where I have gotten thru on phone calls to these people, they have told me on atleast 5 different occasions that these items would be delivered, and they have not. They have lied continually, they do not return phone calls, and they dont answer phone calls.
