Not Good

While this moving company appeared to be a valid and truthful at the beginning, they have given us nothing but lies since they loaded our belongings on the moving van. While the estimator seemed to be confident in his estimate of how much it would cost for me to move, after the movers loaded out things in the truck we owed $1,000 more than the original estimate. We felt trapped and didn't know what to do since everything was loaded. We felt like we had to pay them and continue the move since we had to turn in our keys that day and did not plan on having to spend so much extra money to accomplish the move. The staff has failed to return our calls and still cannot give us a date when they will bring us our belongings. If our things ever arrive, they will arrive outside the guaranteed arrival date. This has been the worst moving experience.
