Bad Mover
We took the offer from Professional Moving Solutions. But unfortunately, they transfered the job to a different one -- BesTime Movers. The terms are changed and the promised free boxs offers did not show up anywhere in the job statement.
The movers put many charges, including packing materials and 10% fuel charge to the total. Once they charge for the packing materials, they overused a lot of packing tapes and shrink wrappers. Also be aware of the cancellation policy - charge the full estimate amount even you notify them within 72 hours. The same day cancellation costs you $550. I do not recommend either Professional Moving or BesTime Movers for handling your moving business.
