Infinity Review
I had a move from the South to NYC. The movers dialed the wrong number to confirm my pick-up, so they just didn't pick up my furniture. I called five days prior to pick-up because I hadn't heard from the movers. They assured me my info was correct in the system and dispatch would call me. The day before the scheduled pick-up. I called dispatch and they told me that they were not going to be able to pick up my things because I had been bumped because I wouldn't pick up the phone. They didn't even dial the number on the contract. So, I had to get a friend to stay in my place to be there for the pick-up. Delivery was the same. They got the number wrong. I had to give the correct number a total of five times. They wanted payment in cash, but my contract said no cash only credit or money order. Everyone seemed confused. No continuity at all. The
movers left trash outside of each apartment at pickup and delivery. All of my boxes were damaged and I mean smashed to pieces when they delivered them. They also charged extra to cover my mattress or furniture so that it doesn't get stained. Even though I wrote fragile on boxes, they still smashed them. They didn't want to reassemble the furniture. One mover even asked me about the tip before he started working. One of the movers summed it up well by telling me, "This company keeps giving you the run around, right? Summers are busy, but this is a funny company. Nobody ever knows what's going on, and they hire inexperienced people all the time." I would not recommend this moving company.
