Don't Trust Em'

The movers were great very professional. The manager of the moving company on the other hand threatened me with litigation, yelled and was very hard to deal with. He held my belongings hostage for an extra $200 bucks, but these charges were completely false. I was misled and basically lied to by the representative who set the account up. This was horrible customer service and I will never ever use them again. Next time, I will pay a much higher cost to get professionalism the whole way through.
