The Case of the 2 foot scratch!
Move On and Relocation Inc., has not responded to my e-mails, nor will answer my phone calls (I assume they have caller ID). The forman on the move left a two-foot deep scratch into the hardwood floor, right in front of me. He then begged me not to report the mistake to his boss because they would make him pay for it. Aditionally, the move involved three strong guys that took two hours to move-one couch, one bed (didn't put it back together), one an-war (they knocked of two of the glides, therefore leaving the deep scratch, I found the two broken glides) and one large coffee table. I had put most of the boxes I packed out on the sidewalk to further help with the move, that stuff sat there for an hour. It has now been two weeks since the move, and the owner will not face this issue. I will lose a $750 security deposit on top of this noghtmare. I would not recommend that you use MOve On and Relocation, Inc.
