Depressed the First Time
We first scheduled the move between 3-5 p.m. The employee whom I spoke with said that they couldn't make it because something wrong with the elevator, which was very frustrating to me. I called their offices many times since it was too late to call to another mover. My husband then called them back where another mover agreed to move us, which was good for us. I do appreciate those movers.

Yes, the elevator on the move before you malfunctioned, but we did everything that we could to get you taken care of. You did call our office many times, and I answered everytime and called your husband to inform him what was going on. The elevator broke, and there was nothing we could do about it, it's just a part of life. We couldn't just take the other customer's stuff, and come move you, we had to hand carry up eight flights his three bedroom household. Sorry it happened, but glad I was able to get a solution for you.
