Mover beware

Mover Beware. This moving company is neither honest nor upfront. I had many charges added to my bill, such as $300 for packing tape. I was told my things would arrive on a certain date, but I ended up having to call them constantly to get any information. I was passed back and forth to multiple people and couldn’t get a clear answer, other than “next day,” which took another seven next days. When the truck showed up at 8:00pm, they did not have all of my things. My patio furniture, bed frames and headboards were all missing. This caused them have to come back the next morning, as they told me this stop was putting behind schedule. Also, furniture they wrapped up in pads was still damaged. Almost every piece of furniture had a nick, scratch or ding on it from this company. This was a stressful move relocating from one-state-to-another for work, and this company was another huge point of stress. I do not recommend them at all.

I haven't sent in a claim yet. However, the movers at both ends were efficient, courteous and prompt. The most important thing was that the scheduling could take place on line.
