Not great
T Movers were on time for pickup in CA and did a good job loading truck and taking care of belongings. But the delivery driver said he got lost in Colorado, did not get there until almost 5 p.m.
They hired two local helpers, a lady and man who had almost no moving experience, to unload. They ripped the leather on our couch and were arguing about how to get it in, did not know how to put our bed frame together, said they would have to take door off laundry room to get our washer and dryer in. The driver was more interested in his bruised thumb than supervising the unloaders. They gave us papers with colors and numbers to check off each item as it was brought in, and it was a very chaotic process with all these pages, some of which were missing and had to be scribbled up on the spot.
They smacked our framed pictures down on the concrete floor of the garage so we could check them off. I asked them not to do that; they didn't care. I personally carried most of our boxes and belongings into the house; they just left the rest in the garage. They seemed incapable of understanding which room was which when we asked them to take something to a guest room or office or bedroom.
They wanted to do the minimum possible to get done and leave. They unloaded the whole truck (7000 lbs) in an hour and three-quarters. Best thing was we got a great price; if you don't mind do-it-yourself unloading, you get what you pay for.
