After guaranteeing the price, they would not deliver it without an additional $250 because they said that they couldn't get the truck to the delivery location. After breaking the dresser and the large mirror that was attached, they said that they would return the additional $250 we had to pay and that they would contact us for additional information on damaged items. After not receiving a call or the check for two weeks, we were told the check would be in the mail the following week. That was three weeks ago and they have not responded to emails or calls we have made to follow up.
