Oops
I have just received the paperwork to file a claim. The moving company told me they would pack for the cost of the boxes and then it would be $79 per hour for the job. It was a local relocation, one mile from where I currently lived. They charged me for the entire day at $79 per hour, lost my cat, did not pack everything and I had to hire someone to move the remaining items, did not mark boxes, did not use paper or bubble wrap in the boxes, broke one of my glass shelves. I was not happy. I called the movers the next day and the manager who answered told me he would have to talk with the two gentlemen that moved me and call back.
