The on time rating is lower because the movers were delayed due to circumstances beyond their control. All in all, the guys were very good and the experience with the company as a whole was very positive. Some things that others should know before going with these guys is that they need to make doubly sure that they are being credited with their deposit money, and that there is an 18% surcharge that is usually not revealed to the customer ahead of time.
I knew about this charge and called them out on it and was told that if you are not informed of it ahead of time that it is waived. Be sure on all of this before you start signing anything. Having said all that the company was very honest and forthright about it all.

I would like to note that we deduct any deposit that is left with us (when the appointment is made) to the balance due at the end of the move. We are more than happy to provide a breakdown of all charges to the customer after the move has been completed. The fuel surcharge is a standard charge, and we do advise all our customers prior to commencing any work that they will be assessed this.
The fuel surcharge is pre-printed on our bill of lading, and all our customers are quoted this fee. Similarly, our driver (upon arrival) goes over the entire contract with the customer, and specifically points out (again) the fuel surcharge. We then have the customer sign to indicate his acknowledgment and acceptance of this charge. It is never our intention to mislead the customer.
