Not Impressed so far
As I don't actually have my stuff yet, I cannot fully give an accurate review, however I do have some thoughts. I'm not especially happy right now, even though I was at first. I didn't get a copy of the contract until October 14, after multiple phone calls trying to find out WHEN my things would be delivered after a very late 9/25 pickup.
My costs have changed several times since my first agreement in August to go with this company, and I still don't know when I will be seeing my property. I've been given three or four different final weights, been told my stuff is coming, someone will call you today multiple times, and yet the only time I get to speak with someone now is if I do the calling.
It was NOT made clear to me that there might be a delay of a month or two before they would deliver my things until October 14th, and this is extremely frustrating to me. I don't know if they are going to be charging me for additional issues at this point, but they were over 6 hours late to pick up my things, which was very problematic for my family there, as they had to juggle children and work schedules to finally meet someone.
I wanted to go this route as the full-service move was going to be easier on my back and with trying to work around funeral/estate issues and my family, but it has been problematic for the last month. Moving has never been this difficult for me in the past, and I've moved over 20 times in my life. Make certain that before you finalize anything or give any deposits, that you will get a copy of the contract quickly, as well as a list of goods. Get a better timeline of when to be able to expect your things.
