Mission accomplished
They movers were more concerned with solving the puzzle of packing things in a truck that taking care with the items that they were packing. It appeared that the truck was too small for the job at the beginning. After 5 hours of packing, they could not fit it all in, I had stuff left behind and they wanted to go home for the day, store my stuff and unpack the next day. They did unpack that day, but without regard for the property. I wish I had some great advice to give to prevent such an incident except trust your gut and get another truck to have more space, less time spent building a compact puzzle, less damage of goods.

Response from DN Van Lines Moving and Storage
We are sorry that you didn't have the best experience with our services. Based on the information we gathered during the estimation phase of your move it seemed as though the inventory you provided us with would indeed fit in one full size moving van. These type of situations put us between a rock and a hard place because we don't want to overestimate and lose business because of not being cost competitve. Adding another truck to the move would greatly increase the cost of the move. So although the truck had to be packed very tightly, you didn't have to pay for two. Either way, we do appreciate your feedback and your business.
