Horrible Experience
I was very unhappy that I was quoted one price and then over $700 was added after the fact. I was told at the beginning that would not happen. I was supposed to have some extra boxes added to my pickup and I was charged for every box that they used.
I also had weighed all of my things before putting them into storage, coming up to a weight of 2,700 pounds, under the 3,000 pound limit. But they told me that my things weighed 3,600 pounds. They reweighed and then said it weighed over 4,000 pounds. I was very not happy because I know for a fact how much my things weighed and not sure how they got an extra 1-2 thousand pounds.
I am missing one to two boxes, my headboard broke, and there were several deep scratches in my furniture. My glass dishes were in a dishpack box labled fragile and 'this end up.' Movers brought it in to the house upside down and were not gentle with it at all. I am just surprised nothing was broken inside.
