I felt misled about the toll. Demanded a tip. The quote was wrong. Was upset when asked to move furniture to a different room.

Dear Y Syed: We sorry that you felt that way. We will take to our attention regarding the tip and the issue about moving stuff around. The charge for the tolls is mentioned under understanding your quote as" tolls are not included on the hourly rate", you paid $10.00 for tolls. The quote was based on hourly rate and packing materials. The move took the exact hours as estimated and the additional fees were for packing materials that the crew used to protect your goods during transportation. Many of the fragile items you were suppose to move yourself like TV and the crew ended up moving them. Please feel free to contact me at the office if I can assist you any further.
