Good but Late

The movers were really nice, but also really late. They were supposed to arrive 12:00-2:00 but didn't show up until 5:30. Not cool when I had 3 people take the day off work to help out. They ended up waiving the transportation fee of $75 but also went more than an hour over the estimated time for my move. There were some problems getting my couch out of my old residence and they spent 30 min just on that.
