The movers themselves were OK but I had a problem with the original vs. the final estimate. I understand there were a couple reasons for the increased amount due to a couple items added but I thought $400.00 was a little much. At any rate I had no choice but to pay. I had been warned about these tactics before so should have expected it.

We were charged for 2 extra boxes even though the salesperson, a lady named Sara, said we would not be. I called here on this and she said she would reverse the charges. About 15 minutes later she called back and said she got in trouble with the dispatcher for telling us that and we would indeed be charged. The conversations my wife and I had with the dispatcher were horrible.

They had accidentally loaded a chair onto the truck and refused to return it. They said we should have been watching. That is probably true but my wife was doing paperwork with the supervisor and I was helping the 2 movers. I would not recommend this company.
