When my belongings were delivered on 8/12/09 several of my dishes and glasses were broken as well a a glass vase and glass serving platter. My bookcase was also badly damaged. The worst part though was my new 40" plasma tv was completely destroyed. The TV was packed by the movers in the original box, but somewhere in the moving process a hole was punctured through the box into the screen of the TV.

I have filed a claim with the company, but have heard nothing from them in over two weeks. I was also never told about an extra charge of $400 for a "shadow" service to transfer the contents of my one bedroom apartment from an 18 wheeler truck to a smaller truck because my apartment is in the city and unable to accomodate an 18 wheeler. I have contacted the supervisor several times to question the charge and he said he would call me after he discussed the issue with the driver, but I am still waiting on a phone call. I would not recommend this moving company.
