Bad Experience
All My Son movers ensured me they would be at my house ready to move by 7:30 am, this is why I picked their company. I told them before I booked them that I HAD to be done moving by 11:00...I had somewhere to be by noon.
This was a small move (just furniture and only 3 miles away). However they did not show up until 10:45 am. I was told by the office staff the reason for the delay was a tire blew on the truck and it took this long to repair. Once the movers were there, they did not have a screw driver to detach the mirror from my dresser; which I was told when I reserved them that they would unassemble and reassemble any furniture. I had to leave them unattended to go get them a screw driver from my new house.
The movers where very slow, taking breaks every time they took something to the truck. I only had them move 9 pieces of furniture, it took almost 3 hours. One of the movers informed me he had been sick for 2 days and this is why he was struggling. He then told me the reason they were late was because they had a move scheduled before mine; there was never a blown tire.
After the 10% discount given to me for the 3 hour delay, my bill was still over $330. Again, all that was moved was a couch, love seat, tv, two beds and two dressers, and a small hutch. I was moving only 3 miles away, and was quoted that a job like this would only take an hour maybe two at the most, and I would be looking at about $200.
