Not so great
The pick went fine but the delievery was two days late and the company showed up at midnight. The two guys that did the drop were nice but they left trash outside my front door all the way to the street. The owner of the company would not give me a discount even though they came in the middle of the night and I had to get up at 4:30 to go to work.
Some of the things that were inside of the creates that I packed were broke and there is a giant stain on my sofa that was not there before the move.

Response from Move On And Relocation
Customer signed on the contract that says that time frame for delivery from the date that the customer is ready by law is 21 business days. Move On was not late by two days; they arrived only 2 days after customer was ready for delivery. Customer said he really needed to accept his delivery as soon as possible and therefore the drivers did their best and arrived that night and not the next morning; the customer was aware of the arrival time that night and agreed since he did not want to miss a day at work!
The driver's job is not to take the customer's boxes to the trash after they are doing the delivery and they unpacked everything that needed to be unpacked -- the customer is responsible for that, the drivers did everything that the customer requested even extra work (like unpacking) for no extra charge.
On the general agreement that the customer signed on the move date, it says that Move On is not responsible for the belongings that the customer is packing by himself; things probably were not packed correctly. Regarding the sofa, the customer never contacted Move On about the sofa -- the customer can contact our claim department and we will take care of that.
