Lots of trouble

Several broke items. Appliances with big scratches and broken knobs. Did not care for mattresses as they stated they would. The binding estimate which included all items and packaging was not true. The "owner" of the company stated they should not have made a binding estimate for this amount. He told us this after the packing anf loading had started. Very helpful until we gave them a deposit, then everything changed.

I haven't sent in a claim yet. However, the movers at both ends were efficient, courteous and prompt. The most important thing was that the scheduling could take place on line.
