Relocate and wait

I had a 2-4 p.m. pick-up on July 30. On July 28th I received a call asking if they could pick up on 29th. I said I wasnt ready and would be on original date. They called again on the morning of 29th wanting to pickup that day.

Again I said no I contracted for the 30th. They called on the 30th and said they would be there between 4-6, but I had been told in the beginning 2-4. They showed up at 7:30pm! They did not finish until 10:40 pm. I was told it would take 4-5 days to reach my destination. It took 9 days. Had to stay 2 extra days in a hotel waiting. Lots of chips in bedroom furniture. Would not recommend Premier Van Lines.
