Late but courteous
The movers were 3 hours late. When I called to try to get an ETA, I was told the movers would be about 45 minutes late. However, once the movers did arrive, they were very courteous and moved everything quickly and efficiently. I had one small dresser that had one drawer broken, but it was already in bad shape before the move so I didn't report the damage. In addition, though I asked that all of the boxes marked kitchen be placed in the kitchen, not all of the movers followed this request. Overall, I saved money because they were able to complete my move so quickly (once they showed up).
