You get what you pay for
When I picked this company I was wooed by fixed prices and a quick delivery date. I was promised "the best in the business" and profesional movers. It is true that the people who picked up my things were good and quick.
However, I was not told that my things would be moved to a second truck and only then sent on. They also never got in touch with me to schedule to drop off. I was told the driver would call and he would be by on "Sunday or Monday". Well Sunday rolled around and he never called me. I called the company but no one returned my calls and I was the one who had to track the driver down.
He eventually came Tuesday but I had to initiate all contact. I don't mind if you need to take more time but please, let me know! I have broken furniture, missing pieces, and they didn't reassemble what they took apart. They lost a cabinet door to my breakfront and put it together upside down!
The people they had delivering my things were obviously people picked up from the street and could not read English very well. I had every box clearly marked which room it should go into but most were dumped in the dining room or den. I even saw one of them try to carry too much and dropped a box labled "FRAGILE, CHINA AND CRYSTAL".
