On-Time Delivery
The movers were on time. The delivery was done before expected date but I was happy about it. My only problem was they charged me nearly 300 bucks extra which is a lot. Staff was ok.

The client was aware that the quote was not binding at the time; the day of the move is when the the actual price is base on the inventory, with the client present to sell all the paperwork. So if the inventory on the day of the move was more, then the price will be more; that is why he was charged more than the quote.
